Summary

A picture promoting the services of the State Savings Bank.

Synopsis

Village cottages, restaurants, cheerful company. A cry for help – everyone runs to one of the cottages where a woman is crying because she has been robbed. She had her money stashed in her bed. At the factory, money is being collected. A pub – a group of people is drinking at a table. Design office – a man reads a newspaper; he giggles, and the others do not know what it is about. He explains to them that he has won the lottery and wants to buy a Spartacus car. An advertisement for the prize-contesting deposit book. The commentary is also an advertisement for saving money. Shop windows, people buying various goods. Emblem of a bank. Man cashing in his winnings at the counter.
