A philanderer is pestering a woman on the tow-path. He follows her to a riverside spa. He dresses into a woman's bathing costume but the women discover his game and throw him out. He is chased by a crowd of people and is subsequently banned from the spa. However, the lady who was the cause of the trouble in the first place is waiting for him at the entrance to the spa and they go off together...
