Synopsis

A newly-wed woman, the first morning back from the honeymoon, cannot manage to light the fire. A quarrel ensues, the husband arrives late for work and is in an extremely bad mood all day. In the afternoon he visits a lawyer and submits an application for divorce. The lawyer tells him that he, too, divorced over a smoking stove. After a week of suffering the wife instals a gas fire and the marriage is harmonious once more. The husband advises the lawyer over the telephone to throw out his old stove and buy himself a gas fire. This film is a advertisement for the Prague Gas Company.
