The CaseSynopsis
A man is driving a car on a narrow road. The woman at the seat of the co-driver is upset and reproaches the man for a slow ride. Apparently she wants to have a quarrel, but the man is silent and at the end he stops the car and gets out. The woman swiftly sits to the driving wheel and the man returns with resignation to the car. The speed is now much higher but very risky, as well, and what is more, the woman is eating cherries and is driving with one hand only. Thus she happens to knock down a pedestrian who is going against them at the side of the roadway. The road is leading through the woods and the accident has no witness. The man is going back and finds out that the victim is dead. He draws the body under the trees. He sits to the driving wheel and continues driving, being obviously very shocked. The woman keeps hurling reproaches at him. He was not to let her drive knowing that she was not a good driver especially when being upset. He was not to buy the car at all, he was not, he was not... At the end the woman decides that at the police it will be the man that will plead guilty. He undoubtedly receives moderate punishment and she will devotedly visit him in prison.
