This half-feature, half-documentary story film tells the five stories of people fromthe former East bloc contries (Bosnia, Russia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Latvia) as seen through the eyes of a film unit. Since the fall of the Communist regime, these countries have undergone various developments to which the protagonists must react, if not always positively.
