These three stories take place over the course of a year with their key days being Easter 1999, August 11, 1999 (the day of the solar eclipse) and the last day of 1999. The first episode happens om Easter and its main character, an editor of a local newspaper, is assigned to do an interview on Good Friday with a famous record-breaking javelin thrower, who is also a poet. The second episode tells the tale of how the solar eclipse changes a person's life in an hour. The third episode revolves arround three couples in love, whose fates are intwined by an unusual twist
