Synopsis

An adolescent boy is roaming the streets. He tries to steal a bicycle and is arrested by a policeman. He is taken from the court to an institute of correction. At night he tries to escape, but winds up in a greenhouse where the flowering plants fascinate him. He creeps back into the institute. He has the opportunity to learn tailoring, cabinet making, shoe repairing and other crafts. He chooses gardening. After some time he is awarded a certificate of proficiency, which will allow him a new and better future.
