The Sunday driver Mr N. piles his family - wife, three small children, grandad and grandma - into his new Škoda. They set off on and excursion but Mr N.'s style of driving - inexperience combined with aggression - creates dangerous situations. A wrong turning takes the car onto the wrong, opposite lane of the highway and menaces the other road users. Mr N. ignores a level crossing and the car only just gets off the rails before the train comes through. A picnic in the country ends in a downpour. Mr N. is now unable to get the car out of the soft ground into which his clumsy manoeuvres have jammed it. The family finally gets back home with no idea how many times they were in peril. We ought to be aware that there is sometimes a bit of Mr N. in all of us.
