In his feature-length debut, the director uses humor and hyperbole to tell the story of psychiatrist František Soukenický, an incorrigible skirt-chaser, who has always gone for women who were worth the effort. The only problem: there were too many of them, and so he loses his license, the roof over his head, and his wife.
