According to information provided by the censorship files, the producer of the commercial entitled Today and Tomorrow abbreviated it upon the request of the advertising company. The commercial then received a new title and passed the censorship proceedings under the new title The Duties of Life. The Bulletin of the Czechoslovak Ministry of Interior registers it within the list of films censored in January 1935. In the literature and in the press, however, still states it under the title Today and Tomorrow. The film materials are believed lost.
