Little Red Riding Hood goes to visit her grandmother living in a forest cabin. The wolf wants to eat the girl. He sneaks into the grandmother's cottage, eats her and disguises himself to look like her. When Little Red arrives, she finds the wolf disguised in her bed. She, too, becomes a victim of the wolf. Eventually, both Grandma and Little Red Riding Hood are rescued by holiday hunters. (According to an article appearing in the press at the time the film was made)
This theme had already been treated in a Czech film under the same title (1920; directed by Svatopluk Innemann). The film materials are believed lost.
