Synopsis
The adventure drama of the gypsy Jůra. Information about the contents has not survived.
Note
The film was never completed for financial reasons. Slavínský, the star of the film, executed several acrobatic feats during the film, one of which – jumping over then opponents with sword in his hand – was recorded in the memoirs of Slavínský´s colleagues. To prepare for this stunt, Slavínský had himself tied to a thin rope which broke during the jump and he landed on the top of director of photography Kopřiva´s camera. Since there was no more money for a new camera and other film materials, the scene was not filmed for a second time, and shooting was discontinued. (J. S. Kolár – M.
